Return Policy

Our customers have up to 14 days to exchange an item purchased off of our website. We do not accept full returns or refunds.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to make an exchange. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for us to process this request.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@urawesome.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange may not be accepted.
