Shipping Policy

Shipments for all orders will be sent out on the following business day after receiving your confirmation email. The shipping time is selected in your checkout. 

Express Shipping can take up to 5 business days to arrive within Canada.

Standard Shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive within Canada.

International Shipping can take up to 14 business days to arrive within Canada.

Any shipments returned to our facility that require to be shipped again will be at the customers expense. This includes shipments where the customer has provided incorrect shipping information, or if you have failed to pickup or receive the package from the provided courier. 

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer after placing your order. A second email will be sent after the shipment has been sent. This email will provide the tracking information for your order. You can use this to check on the status of your order.
